      Don't make waves and you can coast through a career

      The company used to mean something. Now the executives just want to invest in an org chart instead of great products. Greatbatch cared about trying to make a difference. Integer cares more about underpaying employees so execs get a bigger bonus.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.
