      Pros

      Coworkers are close and team exhibits a very large emphasis on community and taking care of one another. Many have lots of tenure with the company and team will volunteer to help with any task at hand. Physical buildings are extremely clean, air conditioned and comfortable which is refreshing for a manufacturing site.

      Close to home and no traffic to contend with.

      Woke ideology has destroyed the culture by racially profiling white males, and making hiring based on a persons skin color or sexual orientation, which is a federal violation of the civil rights act of 1964.
