Stay Away - Customer Support Integra Beauty Employee Review

Integra Beauty is a joke! The manager plays favorites and the owner could care less. If we are busy, there is mandatory overtime. If we are slow, they make us take time off and if you do not have any time, you do not get paid. HR is a joke also. They are most definitely here for the manager and not the employees. They give small raises and their benefits are horrible! Insurance is very costly and you only get 7 paid holidays a year. Very toxic place to work! For a ‘woman’ owned company, there are no women in charge. All men!
