Cons
Use of Temp ee's is weird, especially with PM's - how many times do you need to stop moving forward, reorientate and start again because off turn over (3rd PM in 6 months on major project) When cost cutting opportunities present themselves many folks who have some tenure are comfortable leaving things the way they are rather than embracing change and saving money. Ever notice how it doesn't matter what company you work for HR always screws you. Integra HR (collegueconnect) takes forever, if at all to respond to your emails. Doesn't matter your experience level you are treated like a new person starting your career fresh out of college. Misleading communication included as part of the hiring process.
