Pros

Salary and benefits were comparable to other employers

Cons

Mgmt out of touch. Bullying and gaslighting from middle to upper Mgmt. Favoritism for those who drink the kool aid. Unqualified people promoted to high level positions without qualification. They care more about money than they do employees and clients. Speaking of clients so many barriers to access to treatment.

Thank you for sharing your experiences working at Integral Care. Over the last 2 years, Integral Care has increased salaries for staff. For non-degreed, entry-level hourly staff, the Board of Trustees approved increasing the base hourly rate from $15/hour to $20/hour. The agency also did a compensation study which looked at salaries across similar clinical jobs in the community. This resulted in increased salaries for the majority of staff. Integral Care is currently designing a training series for new managers to support their development as well as expanding training for seasoned managers to strengthen and further develop their skills. We appreciate your service to our community. Thank you for your help in improving the lives of adults and children in Travis County while at Integral Care. Your comments will be shared with our leadership team.
