Pros
We never missed a paycheck
Cons
Where does one begin, leadership is not a thing in this company, it is all who you know not your job skills. Apprentices should not be foreman and higher up, how is one qualified to supervise a crew when they have not receiver the proper training and certificates for their trade. Upper management also in certain departments are on a "who you know" basis which creates ZERO accountability for their actions towards job bids and their workers Having foreman and General Foreman laugh about who to lay off, as if it is some sort a game is very unprofessional and creates an awful morale Their attitude towards safety is awful as well, its based on hiding incidents and belittle the safety culture Integral is not an apprenticeship program it is a friendship program
