Pros

The company is located in downtown Toronto.

Cons

The job posting does not include the actual work. The marketing assistant position is actually go to their client's company and sell credit cards. And your income is based on how many credit you sold that day. It does not matter what the hiring person is telling you, how fast you might be able to move, DO NOT GO.

Pros

I've been with Integral International for a couple years now and Joined the company because where I was working prior didn't offer much growth. Always had an interest in sales and marketing and wanted to manage people. Pros of this Job is that there are uncapped earnings, I've taken home some great paycheques due to my performance in sales. Also If you are doing well there's great career advancement opportunities where you learn to train and oversee others for our clients and Integral will incentivize you with bonuses for that. Company is not biased, instead of seniority and nepotism uses work ethic to determine promotions which is nice because most jobs promotions are given to whoever has been there the longest. CEO is very hands on. Can go to him for issues, has open door policy.

Cons

Wish I could work with more clients at the same time

Pros

Will hire anyone if you're a hard worker. Potential to make decent money but very un-stable and immoral at times.

Cons

100% commission based. Management encourages employees to be deceptive while recruiting more employees by leaving out details (such as it's door to door sales) and by saying employees can they make their own hours (expected to work ~10ish Hours, 6 days a week). I did have a few good pay weeks but don't expect to go far no matter the amount of time put in. Upper management encourages sketchy sales tactics until there's a complaint from the client they represent and they will decline telling you to do that.
