There's a lot of growth & learning opportunities at Integral and it's a great place to work if you're wanting to excel and be faced with new challenges.
If you want to advance in your career, managers will support you every step of the way to grow.
The company is also super diverse and my colleagues were very friendly.
Cons
Pair programming daily. If you get burnt out easily or don't like pair programming, this may not be for you. There isn't a willingness to change around pairing, so it's something employees have to daily.
Lots of POCs that may slip through the cracks or go unnoticed.
