Pros

Residents and guests are always appreciative.

Cons

Place has been very toxic for a couple years now. Majority of the workers are uncomfortable, unappreciated, and undervalued. We all know this because we all have good relationships with each other except with management. It is truly an unspoken secret between everyone and management. No point of being an advocate for others or mentioning how you feel because you'll end up looking like a gossip-monger or trouble maker. Every work day feels like walking on eggshells. The place is definately sales goals driven only. There is a high employee turnover rate. You will end up handling different jobs that is inconsistent with your job classification. Employees are overworked with very little pay. Near 2 years , pay rate is near the same thing.There is little concern for their happiness or well-being of employees. Management are dictators and not leaders. They also never lead by example. They would say one thing but never follow it theirselves

The team cultivated was always amazing to work with and are a great team!

Cons

The business office falls 100% short of competence regarding customer service for its employees, residents and especially its consumers.
