With leadership that understands flexibility and agility, it is easy to love the opportunity in front of any employee at IFS right now. As the leader in the industry, IFS is allowing employees to pave the way to not only be able to help those catastrophically injured but to do so in a technologically advanced way. This is a very exciting time to become part of the IFS team.

Some people might look at early tech organizations as a con, but I personally think this is a pro.

• Interesting industry to learn about • Work- Life Balance is great • Benefits were pretty decent

• Unable to gain a good understanding of the overall company culture since it seemed like we all worked in silos, but other than that I learned a lot about the industry and continued to grow in my HR career.
