      Plenty of work to be done, you can learn a lot on the job and they pay for training

      Cons

      -they underpay for solid talent, they overcharge for their services vs the value you get -management is inflexible at times

      You'll wear a lot of hats! Great for people just starting out who need something on the resume. This company has a lot of talent working for them.

      - Dry promotions / No raises / Low pay - Unprofessional management - Unable to use refences from IITS (company policy)
