Pros
Building relationships with clients, residential work environment, can be on phone whenever you want, sometimes you get to take clients shopping, to the movies, or to do other fun activities like mini golfing, etc.
Cons
Absolutely horrific communication, terrible turnover, dangerous work environments due to working with high risk individuals, poor pay, LONG shifts, you are expected to have a reliable vehicle in which you will be expected to transport clients in, horrible work/life balance, sometimes you will be left to work alone in a house with clients that require 2 staff.
