The worst temp agency in the world! I worked again for almost a year client at a client called Magellan. IR, inc. deceive me into believing the job only pays $13 an hour but in reality they offered other people 16 dollars an hour when confronting they lied. I had to take time off do you have surgery and no one from HR provided me with disability paperwork or told me my rights or obligations while I was out sick. When I returned to work, IR Inc waited until the day before payday to tell me they were taking 80% of my paycheck to repay them for my health insurance! no one told me anything while I was sick and they waited until the day before payday can you believe that? That is human resources101! That is basic and IR inc.dropped the ball! I had to go can York State Department of Labor stop them from taking my entire paycheck the next week they're only allowed to take 12. 5% of my gross not 80%! This is a shady poorly-run outfit! The HR department is unprofessional, uneducated and unknowledgeable please whatever you do do not work with or for this company. They also post four stars reviews after a negative review is posted. They do this to offset the negative rating please don't fall for that this place is bad news do not work with or for them under any circumstances. They are Crooks and shysters. I
