There is no pros at all
Cons
Pay was well below industry standards. And from commission you can not even buy your coffee. They hear your calls and track your emails. The Rampant micromanagement made it nearly impossible to do our jobs effectively. There was a constant sense of surveillance and lack of trust. No diversity. They only hire people who can't speak anything against them, they know the pain point. No benefit has been provided.
