Cons
Too many "Managers" but none of them have official authority to make a final decision, and they are very unprofessional and disrespectful to their technicians. The office staff acts like a clique and the techs aren't a cohesive group. The techs aren't treated as employees; they are treated as contractors that are an inconvenience when it comes to needing parts and materials. There is no standard for work, every job is installed in a fashion that isn't constant from one job to the next and when you call for help on something you get berated and disrespected by office support. The lack of communication between install "manager" and team and between departments for service calls is abhorrent.
