The owners and management have worked hard to build a culture that highly values customers and employees. Everyone works hard for the success of the company, but we are encouraged to maintain a healthy work/life balance. I especially appreciate the many high quality people who work at ISI. It is enjoyable to work for a great company with great people. Pay and benefits are good. As the market leader in its business segment and a company that regularly invests to make its product better, ISI has a good future business outlook.

With the ongoing pandemic, a lot of people have had to work from home to be safe, so I miss the daily comradery. I understand the need for caution, but I look forward to seeing people more regularly.
