      Pros

      The best reason to work as of me was ontime salary.I had worked on huawei project and project lasts long.

      Cons

      My experience was much worst.Here was much discrimination between North & south indian employees.Cant explain in words they didn't accepts my resignation and I was forced to leave without resignation.Requested too much to all senior levels for my experience letter but no one supports.Inspite I am having IWS offer, appointment as well as releiving letter too.

      They hire for good MNC. Salary on time, Good Work life balance.

      Cons

      Usually hire for contractual roles for MNC, for which you could be layoff after contract period is over.
