      Pros

      I have seen nothing but understanding from management. I came in ready to rock and life handed me some wicked curveballs. I spoke to the necessary parties and they extended understanding and support. I tend to ask questions if I'm unsure on something and there is no lack of folks around willing to come to the rescue. Be willing to work and improve and management is on your side.

      Cons

      I am trying hard here... I am an active person so the call center style limits moving around and keeping the blood flowing. This is a job that can be done from home but that is restricted/limited.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
