      -My managers were supportive and patient with me while I learned about the industry and job responsibilities. They provide positive reinforcement and are interested in my future plans. -Clear, precise goals. - Relaxed office environment.

      Cons

      -After-hours on-call duties. -HR puts you into PTO debt if you miss work for any reason (even if they make you stay at home for 5 days because you tested positive for COVID)

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
