High overturn Major changes made frequently with little to no notice Frequent changes in senior management New hires do not receive proper training and are then fired for not being trained properly… Leadership will accuse you of bullying if you bring up consistent issues, then turn around and complain about the same issues later on Empty promises of improvement with no real effort made
