      Pros

      Our company was bought by Integrity and it has been downhill ever since. They are growing, but too fast to build systems, processes, or plans to withstand that growth. Everything is show, a podcast, or something saying how great they are with no actual backing.

      Cons

      I'm hanging on for an IPO which may or may not actually come with a payout. I'm guessing they may "eliminate our positions" before that happens to cut the expenses and make them seem even more profitable.

      Pros

      You can go as high as you want if you’re willing to work. Support and benefits are solid.

      Cons

      Life insurance sales, or real estate sales for that matter, are not an automatic salary jobs. People need to be prepared for that.
