- Hostile environment for new joiners. - Not a company for faint hearted or those who expect respect from colleagues. - Colleagues can be quite disrespectful - specially the ones who are owning and driving the product. - Bullying attitude for people who needs help on any aspect of work. - Mgmt. expects a lot to be handled by employees - without much support. - Every decision needs to be approved/reviewed by CEO/VP of the organization. - Get work done using threats of firing.
