Trash benefits. Health insurance covers next to nothing. 401k match nearly non-existent. I may have gotten an hourly raise, but overall I took a substantial pay cut when you factor in the total compensation package. Purchasing is not responsive. They order the cheapest part the can find and then it needs replaced again within months. Oh it's fine. You don't need training to service that high risk device. 😳 Constant moving target followed by corrective action because we couldn't hit the target. Tension filled work environment. Strong implication to get all of the work done by any means necessary, including things that might shady or illegal. More work with fewer people and no overtime to make it happen. It just feels like they have no clue how to operate a biomed program.
