Pros
The MD along with the other directors are some of the best I've worked for and when busy plenty of hours on offer, if you are willing to go the extra mile you are rewarded greatly and become very appreciated
Cons
Sadly the company suffers from a big us and them attitude between the different tradesmen and is bias towards electrical, a few to many claim but to pass themselves off as time served tradesmen which they aren't resulting in costly mistakes
