None actually, except maybe ... Nope, can't actually find a pro about working here.
Cons
I spend almost around 2 years of working here and I feel I have actually hit a stagnant point. 1. There is no pecking order, here. 2. No actual mentors as well. I am all for learning a new technology and writing production level code, but all throughout my time here, my code has not been reviewed by a single person. 3. No source control. So, if your computer breaks down, and you don't have a backup of your code, well then, you're screwed. 4. Office politics. 5. Electricity break downs
