Pros

I was working here for 1 Year as an Android Developer having 6 year of experience. I can clearly see the effort of Parry Sir but he is working in wrong direction employee needs good working environment not only the facility. No Learning at all. Junior employees who have lesser experience can not improve their skills because seniors doesn't help, I could see they came to sit and gossips, And at the time when feedback of deliverable comes then they came out from their holes to eat the credits if all good and if all not good then they shout on juniors, Such ---- are working there. Perry have to look into this. Good and potential developers are in fear right now and some are leaving because of ----- seniors.

Cons

Nothing to learn here, Oh no no no I am wrong you can learn how can you play better politics here and eat credits without doing anything.

The company has a culture of hiring fresh graduates every year and training them under the mentor-ship of experts from various fields of technical expertise. The seniors are always available to guide and support. We believe in giving responsibility and ownership to each member of the team, irrespective of their experience, for their professional growth & learning , as well as to inculcate a sense of leadership in them. A majority of our employees have completed 5+ years of tenure with us which exemplifies how the company always believes in retaining good talent.

Pros

I don't see a any pros to this company.

Cons

The workplace suffers from biased, authoritarian management and an entirely unresponsive HR department. Compounding these leadership issues are severe payroll violations, including delayed compensation and inaccurate, underpaid salaries.
