Pros
Work from home - no micro-managing - can pick and choose which campaigns/assignments you want - the ownership and staff are down to earth and just good people all around, very easy to work with and actually seem to care about you - competitive wages - you can choose to be on an on-going campaign or you can choose those that last only a couple of weeks, whatever fits your schedule - the campaigns are with very well-known companies that have had relationships with Intelemark for years (ex. Siemens), sometimes they are just surveys, or calling to invite to conferences, appointment setting, etc., it's a variety of things, but no aggressive sales which is the best part - no office politics to deal with, no cubicles, just the comfort of your own home office. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has people skills and a good attitude.
Cons
As an independent contractor there is no healthcare, but you know that going in to it - but being an IC is what gives you all the freedom in this job.
