Pros
Really interesting work, Some really good people, previously good culture, for a period very good team dynamic, good opportunity for advancement. Overall pay is good.
Cons
Terrible communication from senior management , poisonous atmosphere, small company with a lot of big company overhead, flip flops from management with no explanation, blame culture. Incompetent and inept people filling chairs because they are friends of certain managers. It actually reminds me of NAB under Ahmed Fahour.
