I worked at Intelenet (now Teleperformance) for 16 months, and it was one of the worst experiences of my career. The management has zero respect for employees—constant micromanagement, unrealistic targets, and verbal abuse from supervisors. The work environment is highly toxic, with favoritism and no job security. They fire people suddenly without proper justification. HR is useless and only protects the company, not employees.
