Pros
One of the best reasons for working at Intelenex is diversified types of work required from the customer. It keeps the work hours interesting and engaging as we continue to troubleshoot current issues that our customers have while also identifying new and inventive solutions to provide to the customers.
in addition to the solution aspect, Intelenex has excellent team work and leadership. The senior team members are usually available to help provide guidance for better practices for our customers. In addition to this knowledge base from the team members, everyone has been continuing to expand their individual skills as the new technologies come out and develop.
Cons
While working with Intelenex has been a very rewarding experience, there are some downsides. One of the minor issues is regarding company holidays. Sometimes the calendars don't coincide with our customer calendars.
