They give you opportunities to learn and at the same time to teach others, deliver meetups on Digital Natives meetup, participate and speak at conferences and industry trade shows.

The pace can be fast with high expectations, which may be challenging for some. While growth opportunities are great, more structured mentorship for junior employees would be beneficial. At times, workload fluctuations can feel overwhelming, and communication across teams could be improved. Need to have more town halls to keep everyone in the loop.
