Pros
I have worked here for nearly 4 years and being totally honest I find this to be a good company to work for. I get to contribute to some exciting projects with teams based out of the UK, Costa Rica and the HQ in the US. I look at the other (Predominantly negative) Glass Door reviews and I don't recognise the company. There are some great people here and the culture is diverse and energetic.
Cons
The benefits package wasn't great when I started but the company has addressed that and we receive a share option per quarter now. The UK Office moved from Stockport (Poor office) into a nice sparkley new one in Spring Gardens, Manchester.
