Awesome work-life balance but salary a bit below average - Data Scientist II IntelliSense.io Employee Review

Pros

Truly remote work and each one is able to work respecting their time zones and local holidays. Overall, the team is really smart and helpful. The team tries to apply best practices everywhere.

Cons

Some people should communicate more about the work they are doing to help others have a clearer view of what is under development. A big part of the company knowledge is scatered around multiple documents and some of them really need updates. Hopefully salaries will be higher once the company establishes itself in the market.
