Pros
Being able to change lives by offering them the opportunity to continue their education and receive certifications and degrees. Also enjoy meeting people and learning about their goals and helping them reach them.
Cons
The company has a lot of turn around. No one stays for long because of the division withing the departments. The financial aid department makes the process so hard for the students and the admissions department therefore causing rifts and negativity around the workplace. You have everyone gossiping about each other and smiling in each other's face as if they wasn't just bad mouthing them. There seems to be a lack of integrity and character around here and the management and higher up's seem to turn their heads to the obvious issues that has been brought to their attention.
