-Main con as a Project Manager is working with the CEO/Founder of the company. He can be moody and inconsistent in his ways. A situation is guaranteed to happen where he tells you one thing and he expects another, then he will get upset when you followed his original instructions. Tough skin is needed as you will be challenged on why you do things a certain way. He is very condescending will tell you how to speak to clients but will turn around and not follow his own advice.
-There are times where you can't have things completed for your project as quickly as they should because other support areas are stretched too thin dealing with production issues. No fault of the people working because they are working as hard as they can, but more people are needed in general.
-Benefits are just okay, but that's to be expected with a small company.
