- Very high staff turnover. There were only two people that made it to their first year mark when I was working there. And at the end of 2021/beginning of 2022, five people - most of them worked less than one year - were either dropped by or have left the company (that's around 50% of their staff).
- Lack of diversity. The three minority professionals that I was working with have all left, and I believe there's none as of right now.
- Leadership didn't have the patience to teach/guide new hires. And when they did, they would go over things as quickly and as vaguely as possible. On-the-job training is healthy, but they expect new hires to know everything about their clients from A-Z in a very short period of time, and with not much guidance. So if you're a professional who's starting out in the consulting industry, this is definitely not the place for you.
- They focus too much on the number of hours worked. They have no interest in understanding that some project deliverables take time due to client updates, discovery of new information, etc. They have used this against me when I was struggling and needed guidance from them.
- They are not leaders like they claim they are, they are just regular bosses :)
