      Family Like Culture Approachable Bosses Great Trainings provided to employees, they will really invest on providing trainings and outsource trainors Monthly Company Activities They care for their employees They will provide 14th -16th month bonuses if the company performs well. Happy lahat!!

      - Below industry market practice salary - Other Benefits needs to evolve as well (optical,medical meds,maternity (aside for sss)) they need to look into these areas as well. But overall, very recommended ang company nato.

      Our senior leaders in our department are very lenient, approachable and helpful.

      Cons

      No annual salary increase Poor HMO benefits considering company is an HMO provider but can’t provide good benefits to employees. Office politics, toxic and lazy co-workers Promotion is slow and only benefited those who are always leeching higher ups.
