Impossible workloads Training is shocking. No real processes. Management, apart from the Office Manager (who is great) are clueless. No benefits - sick pay at discretion, min Nest pension, payrise (don't be silly). Endless monthly meetings when I was there that were pointless. Dismal and depressing place to work.
