I have been with this company for 3 years and have always been dedicated to my role. However, I am deeply disappointed by the company's decision not to provide salary hikes, citing poor performance across all departments. While I understand that the company faces challenges, this blanket justification fails to recognize the hard work and achievements of individuals and specific departments. In my role, I have consistently met and exceeded my performance targets, and my department has shown significant improvements in [specific metrics or achievements]. Despite this, we are penalized for issues outside our control. This approach has severely impacted morale and has made it difficult to stay motivated.
