      Fully Remote, coworkers were the best, an all ships rise kind of team mentality

      Cons

      Quotas kept increasing at an almost unachievable rate, upper management views PMs as dispensable ("Not all employees can be exceptional")

      Pros

      Intellisurvey is a bit unique in that it has been around for over 20 years but still feels like it's young with a lot of upside. It has mainly been a remote work environment which is great for many in a post COVID world.

      Cons

      Intellisurvey would benefit from having clearer direction on what type of company it wants to be long term.
