Pros
If you are a person who is all about that #hustle culture, then you might feel at home here working extended hours and on holidays.
Cons
1. Upper management is either directionless, or is unable to motivate/guide their employees. It's very common for people to feel like they have no clue or context about what they're working on. 2. Decisions are fickle. Things change too often, even for a startup. This means that the teams have to work extra hours to implement (and eventually redo) hasty and ill thought-out decisions. Managers will demand their teams to work on public holidays and weekends. 3. Working here will affect your personal, social and emotional well-being. If you are young, alone, and need the money, it's fine. But don't think that it'll be a good place to learn anything, because the company does not follow good practices that will help you in the industry.
