With my direct experiences as Delivery Rider Fleet Manager at Polpa by Dahmakan Healthy Food Delivery Brand. I’ve learnt to become expertise skill in delivery routing management, how to deliver fastest and save delivery cost at the same time. Also built our own-fleets i.e., recruiting Polpa’s delivery riders. For this moment, I work as Logistics manager for tech start-up company from Singapore named Inteluck Thailand. Mainly tasks are Management and monitoring a team, To track KPIs , analyze vendors performance from collected data base to monitor irregularities and make a necessary improvement and Lead the day-to-day logistics coordinators and manage the activities of the daily, also Recruiting potential employees to join our organization.

I always cross checking things twice nor sometimes I do for triple checking, which I believe it's great which I try to prevent the mistake not to happen, In the others hand, it takes longer time that it's supposed to be.
