Pros

I really Love the staff, crew, management but most of all overall our team who is kind, understanding and willing to be a team players. I understand others might have a negative feeling towards the company but stop and think what was the real reason they are griping on could it have been something that they are not complying with? People need to STOP and look at the WHOLE picture before judgment is made, know the facts look at if all the avenues was taken before a decision was make in an issue. That's all I'm saying. ( Don't judge a book by its cover ever)

Cons

I have not encountered any cons yet except for some Officers need to come in FULL uniform fill out their Daily Activity Report (DAR) not Sleep on post , and stay til the end of shift not clock in and not show up or clock out after you left post prior to end of shift (time fraud) and then complain that management is on them. (Just follow the rules) plain and simple.

Pros

Only pro is being salaried

Cons

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
