      Pros

      The plus side is that get you in fast. In two and a half hours I was on my way home with my uniforms. They didn't ask me about any of my other jobs. There was a drug test and a background check, but if you have a guard card and it's legal you get in.

      Cons

      There just isn't a lot of work available. I mean, yeah, I have a job, but I only work a few days a week. Working conditions are bad and the work stinks. If you want to stretch the last of your EDD you can get this job and just work a day a week.

      Pros

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
