Pros

Inter Com started off good there turn over rate with manager and employees are too high to be new too the Memphis area.

Cons

The downside with working for Inter Con is the management is not knowledgeable of the job.It’s a lot of picks and chooses on the job.No consistency on the job lack of training.Turn over rate high.Scheduling and Management is not on the same page.If you request to be off in the system and the supervisor never approves you still get point an they take your schedule and make you a post extra work only 2 hours a day.Unfair in so many ways.

Only pro is being salaried

Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
