      Intercom Security is the best company to worbefore.They are good on your schedules.And they are good people to work with I joy Working within a Intercom security. I've been with them 9 months and the training is really good. I get good pay.Good benefit's Am I boss is Gary? He's a good person to talk to. I am planning with Intercom security. For some years. So thank you for giving me this opportunity to be part of the family.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
