Some people, a couple nice people to be exact.
Cons
Do not accept the offer. Leadership communication was often unclear and inconsistent, which made it difficult to align on priorities and expectations. There was a high level of last-minute feedback and shifting direction, leading to inefficiencies and stress. Support and onboarding felt limited. Feedback processes did not always feel constructive or actionable. The environment is toxic. You will be leaving at the end of the day burnt out and stressed.
