Pros
The team feeling in the company is great, we got each other's back and we are more than happy to help each other. The hive mind knowledge is incredible! We ask in our internal channel and get responses and collaboration. We collaborate with the clients as part of their teams, and that team feeling feels extended to the clients as well. There is a lot of flexibility, we all work based in value delivered so we all act as responsible independent adults ; no one will chase you around.
Cons
Depending on projects and timelines, but it can get pretty busy. Between client work, and internal things such as mentoring, developing internal ideas, etc. But with well managed expectations, this is not really a problem.
