Pros
Great and smart people who make things happen. It's a fantastic environment to work in, to learn a lot and with great benefits. Challenging diversity of e-commerce platform and marketing projects. There is a business like atmosphere but the people treat you like family.
Cons
Pace of technology advancement is relentless, definitely not a good place to work if you prefer a slow pace of innovation.
