-Small company with a laid back feel -growing company with lots of growth opportunities -Job autonomy -great employee perks - free food, great benefits, wellness plan, marketplace discounts, etc.

-a little informal/disorganized - but constantly making process improvements -can be a little confusing with the sister company in the same HQ - Medsitter is growing 100% though so it might get it's own HQ down the line.

The company is stable and filled with wonderful people who all want the best for you and for the company. It is a great place to get your feet wet, and an introduction to the integration industry as a whole. You can get lots of hands-on time with real projects that you get to see the process from start to finish. The people at the company truly believe in their work and how they can help others with this work.

The company is outdated, and refuses to grow. Frustrations from many staff about policies that were overdue to change several years ago, frustrations about lower-level staff not being heard, frustration about declining income that has created a more toxic work environment where people talk about change but never enact it. Potentially sketchy and unsafe practices that no one has the experience to double check.
